thumb Linda ScottLinda founded Primed in 2003. With a background as a registered psychologist and having held senior roles in both Government and Corporate Sectors, Linda brings a profound perspective to any assignment. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), Association of Dispute Resolvers (LEADR) and Restorative Practices International, and Fellow with the Royal Society for the encouragement of the Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce (RSA). Linda is also an Executive Coach specialising in career transitions as well as conflict resolution and coaching and supporting employees with complex needs and their workplaces. As well she runs a small therapeutic practice 
thumb David M David specialises in conflict management and constructive communication, and facilitates high performance outcomes for workgroups and executive teams. He is currently an associate at La Trobe University School of Law, and has previously taught and published with multiple universities in history, politics and law. David co-founded Transformative Justice Australia, and is President of the Victorian Association for Restorative justice. David’s past work has inspired David Williamson’s Jack Manning Trilogy of plays, and Michael Rymer’s award–winning film Face to Face
thumb GeorgetteGeorgette is a highly skilled manager who has gained over 25 years experience in various managerial roles across Government and private sectors, and also as business owner. Georgette’s attention to detail and ability to investigate, analyse and resolve issues comes from her scientific background. Georgette joined Primed in 2010 as a Project and Production Manager. With a reputation for excellent communication, organisational and people management skills, Georgette manages and coordinates all Primed training workshops and film productions.

thumb KatherineKatherine founded creative agency Design & Opinion in 2011 after a decade of practice in editorial design, brand strategy and design education. Her expertise underpins an ability to directly address both the strategic and visual side of communication problems, using the most appropriate methods to get the message across — including creative direction, strategic planning, graphic design, information design, illustration, video production, editing and writing. She has delivered work for a range of multinational publishers and corporations, not-for-profits, charities and solo enterprises.
thumb KylieKylie is an independent business psychologist, specialising in designing and developing strategic HR frameworks for talent management and succession planning, aligning recruitment and competency systems, providing tailored assessment for recruitment and development, and research including engagement and cultural surveys. As a consultant, she has provided strategic and technical advice to organisations including Qantas, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Ernst and Young and others. Kylie is a registered psychologist and full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
thumb Paul GUsing his skills as an actor and facilitator, Paul creates realistic and instructive learning scenarios with a strong focus on communication, conflict resolution and leadership. Paul holds an Economics/Social Sciences degree, is an accredited executive coach and is also a graduate of NIDA, with over three decades of experience in the acting industry. He brings his broad experience and fascination for the challenges of interpersonal communication to both is role-playing and directing work. At PRIMED, Paul also writes and directs videos exploring such areas as leadership skills, effective feedback, workplace bullying and harassment, and nursing practice and training.

thumb Paul APaul brings a range of skills to the development of organisations and the advancement of public policy. As well as being a trained theatre actor, Paul has over sixteen years’ experience in the public sector, with senior roles in leadership, management and public policy for state and federal government agencies. He has worked with NSW Health, the Department of Premier & Cabinet (NSW), Office of the Privacy Commissioner (federal), and Office of the Public Guardian (NSW). thumb Alex Fish ProductionsFish Productions has extensive video production experience across documentaries, film and commercial videos, with high quality filming and post production capabilities. The team have produced several documentary films, with their work being recognised in international film competitions. They earned an Environmental Documentary Finalist Award in the New York Film and Television Festivals in 2007, a Human Interest Short Film finalist award in the New York Film and Television Festivals in 2006, and the Human Right Press Award from Amnesty International in 2007.fishpro

thumb MayMay is a professional actor with extensive experience in theatre, film and television. More recently she completed a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, specialising in Organisational Sustainability at The University of Sydney. May has worked as an actor and facilitator throughout Australasia, Europe and the United States, providing programs in leadership, learning and organisational development, corporate communications skills, team building, performance feedback, presentation and interview skills, customer service delivery, anti-bullying and conflict resolution.


LuisaLuisa Hastings Edge

thumb LuisaLuisa holds a Bachelor of Dramatic Art from VCA, and a Bachelor of Theatre and Film from UNSW. Luisa’s television credits include Home & Away, Neighbours, Back Home and Winners & Losers. Her theatre credits include As You Like It, Hamlet and Taming of the Shrew with The Bell Shakespeare Company. Since 2010 Luisa has also been teaching and engaging young children and teens in drama, theatre, writing texts and vocal coaching. Luisa has worked extensively in corporate workshops, in programs including collaborative problem solving, constructive negotiation and customer-focussed relationships.

thumb AnnieAfter graduating from NIDA in 2004, Annie has worked extensively in theatre and on television programs including Upper Middle Bogan, Puberty Blues, Spirited, A Moody Christmas, Rake, Cleo: Birth of the Paper Giants, Tricky Business, and All Saints. As well as maintaining a busy acting career, Annie specialises in adult learning, delivering leadership programs in sectors including professional services, FMCG, legal services, not-for-profit, government, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, community outreach, health and higher education. She is particularly passionate about fostering resilience and authenticity.

thumb JasonSince graduating from NIDA in 1996, Jason has performed extensively across theatre, television and film. Theatre credits include Macbeth (Bell Shakespeare Company), She Stoops to Conquer (Sydney Theatre Company) and the Ben Elton/Queen musical We Will Rock You. Television credits include Going Home, Official Denial, The Hostages, Serangoon Road, Murder Call, Wildside, Farscape, All Saints, Crownies, Melrose Place, Starter Wife and 20th Century Fox’s Terra Nova, produced by Steven Spielberg. Jason’s film work includes Jonathan Teplitzky’s Better Than Sex, Rowan Woods’ award-winning Little Fish and Academy Award-winner George Miller’s Happy Feet.

thumb JoJo is an actor and coach in organisational change, with three decades’ experience in theatre, film and television. Jo has appeared in programs such as Water Rats, Home and Away and All Saints. Major stage roles include Betrayal, Top Girls, Torch Song Trilogy, and Footrot Flats. She has directed (and acted in) training videos for NSW Health and Mission Australia, and has been involved in leadership programs for CSIRO, Department of Health, Tafe NSW, The Benevolent Society, Railcorp, ANZ, Rabobank, Lend Lease, Origin Energy, AMP, Challenger Finance and The Melbourne Business School. Jo is also a presentation coach, and is an accredited life coach and trainer.

thumb Paul AAs an actor, Paul has worked on over 30 short films, several independent features, as well as television and advertising. Recent theatre credits include Asylum for Apocalypse Theatre (Old 505), Singled Out and Trapped in Mykonos (Seymour Centre), This is Baby Doll (TAP Gallery), Pigeon (Bondi Pavilion), Chekhov’s Three Sisters (TAP Gallery), and Pinter’s The Homecoming (TAP Gallery). Paul worked on creative development for Jess Bellamy’s 2011 Rodney Seaborn Award-winning play, Sprout.
